London Polo Parade - Thursday 8th November

Bringing Polo to the Capital.

Joining the black cabs, red buses, bikes, cars and pedestrians this Thursday lunchtime will be a couple of polo teams - and they are bringing their four legged friends. MHF Polo are promoting #trypololondon and their newly launched Docklands Polo venue (only 20 minutes on the DLR from Bank station), offering lessons for city dwellers and introducing all year-round polo to the capital.

As part of the club's ambition to bring polo to a wider audience, players will show case their sport on horseback, allowing Londoners to meet leading British polo players and their steeds. The public will also have the opportunity to have a go themselves in Berkeley Square, with sticks, static wooden horses and coaches on stand-by to show them the ropes.

Targeting professionals and students, the club brings a fresh and inclusive vibe to a sport that is away from exclusive stereotypes - boasting 3 locations and working with charity groups, schools and universities, the team from MHF is now opening its doors to the bustling active community in London. Forget your neon-printed lycra and aggressive spin classes, #trypololondon  introduces a new gym partner - except this one also offers the therapeutic mental relaxation only a horse can give.

With something for every ability, MHF makes polo the easiest way to get on a horse, with exceptionally well trained ponies and coaches that can convert total beginners to competent amateurs in just a few months.
